1. Application

These general rules apply to Muzica competitions unless a specific competition page states additional rules.

2. Eligibility

Competition eligibility, deadlines, prizes, judging criteria, voting rules and entry requirements may differ per competition.

3. Artist entries

Artists must only submit original or authorised content. Artists must have all rights needed for beats, vocals, samples, visuals, artwork and promotional materials.

4. Voting

Voting limits may depend on account type. Free users may be limited to one vote per day. Listener Premium users may receive higher voting limits where stated. Muzica may change voting limits to protect fairness.

5. Vote manipulation

Bots, fake accounts, paid vote manipulation, scripts, coordinated abuse, duplicate accounts and technical exploits are prohibited. Muzica may remove votes, disqualify entries, suspend accounts or adjust leaderboards.

6. Leaderboards

Leaderboards may update automatically and may change as votes are verified, removed or corrected.

7. Admin decisions

Muzica may review entries and votes. Muzica's reasonable decisions on moderation, eligibility, fraud, disqualification and technical errors are final unless required otherwise by law.

8. Embedded streams

Where competitions include TikTok, Facebook or other embedded live content, those streams are controlled by the relevant third-party platform. Muzica is not responsible for third-party stream downtime, removals or policy enforcement.

9. Prizes

Prize details, delivery timelines and conditions must be stated on the specific competition page. Prizes are not transferable unless Muzica agrees in writing.

10. Changes

Muzica may pause, cancel, extend or modify a competition where needed because of fraud, technical issues, legal issues, platform abuse or circumstances outside Muzica's control.
