Artist Terms

1. Artist account

An Artist Account gives eligible users access to artist tools, profile features, upload tools, dashboards, promotional features and other artist services offered by Muzica.

2. Artist price

Artist Account costs R99 per month unless another price is clearly shown at checkout.

3. Rights warranty

By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You own or control all required rights.
• You have permission for all beats, vocals, samples, features, producers, artwork, videos and metadata.
• Your content does not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, personality rights or other rights.
• Your content does not breach any contract with another label, distributor, publisher, manager, producer or platform.

4. Licence to Muzica

You grant Muzica the rights needed to host, store, stream, reproduce, display, promote, distribute and technically process your uploaded content on and through Muzica.

5. Moderation and approval

Muzica may approve, reject, remove, hide, demonetise or restrict artist content at any time if we believe it creates legal, technical, quality, safety, copyright, fraud or platform risk.

6. No guaranteed results

Muzica does not guarantee streams, followers, revenue, playlist placement, verification, promotion, competition wins or audience growth.

7. Payouts

If Muzica enables artist payouts, payout eligibility and amounts will depend on Muzica's payout rules, subscription model, advertising model, payment provider rules, fraud checks, taxes, minimum payout thresholds and any separate payout agreement. Muzica may withhold or reverse payouts linked to fraud, manipulation, disputed rights, chargebacks or breach of terms.

8. Removal requests

Artists may request removal of their content. Muzica may take reasonable time to remove content from active areas and may retain copies where needed for backups, accounting, legal, copyright, dispute, fraud-prevention or security purposes.

9. Artist responsibility

You are responsible for your collaborators, metadata, splits, permissions, tax obligations and rights clearances.

10. Cancellation

Cancelling an Artist Account may remove or restrict artist tools, upload features, dashboards, promotional tools and other artist benefits.
